DETAILS

We do not provide the tables. You must make rental arrangements or discuss alternative surface options with us (i.e. Islands, counter tops, etc.) 

Partially built on-site. We schedule to arrive approximately 1 hour prior to your event.

All grazing table pricing includes set up, greenery, food, labor and serving tongs, picks and honey dippers. Utensils, plates and napkins are available at an additional cost.

Gratuity is not included, but it is very much appreciated by our team.

All charcuterie serving equipment is arranged to be returned or picked up within 1-3 business days.

Grazing Table services do not include clean up after the event. However, we do offer clean up services for an extra fee. This includes table maintenance throughout the duration of your event as needed as well as clean up post-event.

Grazing Table Service Contract

Payments and Deposits

Billing arrangements for all events must be made in accordance with the policies set out below, unless otherwise negotiated. A 50% estimated deposit is due at the time of booking, unless otherwise arranged. Balance of payment must be paid prior to service, unless otherwise specified and arranged. We accept any major credit cards, cash, check or Venmo. Please note: Gratuity is not included but is very much appreciated by our team.

Cancellations

Cancellations made 45+ days prior to the booked event will be refunded 50% of the entire deposit made.
Cancellations made less than 45 days prior to the booked event will be refunded 20% of the entire deposit made.
Cancellations made 6 days or less prior to the booked event will receive no refund as the date was reserved for your event and/or due to any products purchased for the booked event.

Equipment

The Modern Graze reserves the right to charge for missing and/or damage equipment attributed to individuals attending a catered event. A final bill for any damage and/or missing equipment will be sent to the Client within 14 days following the event. Payment is due upon receipt.

Weather

The Modern Graze is not responsible for any conditions that would affect the quality of the product or service such as rain, wind, hail, heat (outdoor weddings) etc. In the event of major weather changes, we will provide the best possible product, however are not responsible for damage that is related. We are not responsible for any damage to the grazing table after delivery and/or set up is complete. Clients are responsible for providing an appropriate and secure table and environment for the grazing table. We recommend table placement to be indoors or out of direct sunlight.

Event Setup and Return Pickup

The contract includes 1-2 hours of setup of all grazing tables and pick up of all equipment used. The Modern Graze will schedule a return pickup with the Client within 1-3 business days after the event. The contract does not include on site labor during event or clean up of the grazing table unless the Client states otherwise. 

Travel Fees

Based on the location of your event, an additional travel fee may be applicable. Please speak consult with us to determine whether a travel fee is applicable for your event.
